PlacedElite is a placement preparation and management platform for engineering colleges in India, and for students whose colleges do not have one. It is not a general learning platform with a placement section bolted on.
Why it exists
A placement cell running a season on spreadsheets knows roughly how many students attended a session and almost nothing about whether any of them are ready. A student two months from a drive knows they should be preparing and has no idea which of the five rounds will end their season.
Both problems are the same problem: nobody is measuring anything that can be acted on. That is what this is for.

How it is built
Four decisions that shaped everything else.
Nobody self-registers
A college uploads its roster and that list is the access list. It is more work to set up and it is the only way the reports mean anything afterwards.
First attempt is the attempt
A verdict is fixed the first time a student genuinely tries. Practising more is encouraged; re-running a paper to lift a number is not possible.
Not measured is not zero
A student who has not attempted something is reported as not having attempted it. Averaging them in as zeros makes a batch look worse than it is and a report indefensible.
One college, one world
Tenant scope is enforced in the database layer, so a query that forgets it fails rather than quietly returning another college's students.
What we do not do
The things we have deliberately left out.
- No login wall on free content. Every lesson on this site is readable without an account. Asking for an email to unlock an article buys addresses and spends trust.
- No placement guarantees. Nobody can promise a job, and a platform that does is telling you something about itself.
- No student numbers on the marketing pages. We are early. Quoting a small figure would be honest and unhelpful; quoting an inflated one would end the conversation.
- No company pages we cannot back. A guide to a company's test pattern goes up when the pattern has been verified and dated, not when the page template is ready.
