Terms of service
Last updated August 2026
These terms govern your use of placedelite.com and, for individual subscribers, the PlacedElite platform at lms.placedelite.com. By using either, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the service.
Where these terms conflict with a signed agreement between us and your college, that agreement wins for students covered by it.
1. Who we are
PlacedElite is operated by PlacedElite. Contact: placedelite@gmail.com.
2. What the service is
A placement-preparation platform: practice question banks, mock assessments, coding practice with automated judging, AI-conducted mock interviews, communication scoring, a resume builder, and reporting for colleges. This website additionally provides free courses, free practice sets and free tools.
3. Accounts and access
- Nobody self-registers. A college's students are enrolled by their placement cell; an individual subscriber's account is created when their payment is confirmed.
- You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that Google account secure.
- An account is for one person. Sharing credentials, or using one account for several students, is a breach of these terms and we may suspend the account.
- We may refuse to create an account for an email address that already has one. In that case any payment taken is refunded — see the refund policy.
4. Payment
- Prices are shown at checkout, inclusive of GST, in Indian Rupees.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card or UPI details.
- A subscription runs for the period stated at checkout and does not renew automatically.
- A GST invoice is issued for every successful payment.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, republish, resell or redistribute questions, editorials, solutions, course content or any other material from the service;
- share your account, or provide access to anyone who has not paid for it;
- attempt to extract answer keys, bypass marking, tamper with scores, or circumvent proctoring;
- upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content, or anything that is not yours to upload;
- use automated tools to bulk-download content, or attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service;
- misrepresent your identity, or take an assessment on behalf of somebody else.
Breach may result in suspension or termination without refund, and where a college is involved we may report the breach to that college.
6. Assessment integrity
Graded assessments may use camera proctoring, fullscreen enforcement, copy-paste restrictions, behavioural signals and plagiarism comparison across a batch. By taking a graded assessment you consent to these measures for that assessment. Results found to be obtained dishonestly may be voided.
7. Intellectual property
All content in the service — questions, editorials, courses, curricula, software and design — belongs to us or our licensors, except content you create. What you upload stays yours; you grant us only the licence needed to store it, show it to you, and show it to your college where your college's agreement provides for that.
8. Free content on this website
The courses, practice sets and tools on placedelite.com are provided free for personal learning. You may link to them and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not republish them wholesale, present them as your own, or use them to build a competing product.
9. What we do not promise
The service is educational preparation. We do not promise a job, an interview, a shortlist or any particular result. Practice scores, readiness figures and mock interview feedback are indicative tools for improvement, not predictions and not guarantees.
We describe company test patterns and interview questions from material contributed by placement cells and from public sources. Companies change their processes without notice, and we do not claim any affiliation with, endorsement by, or authority to speak for any company named on this site.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages and failures beyond our control happen. Where a prolonged outage materially affects a paid subscription, see the refund policy.
11. AI-generated content
Parts of the service use AI models — mock interviews, some feedback, some assistance. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or oddly worded. Treat it as practice, verify anything factual, and do not rely on it as the sole source for an academic or professional decision.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost opportunities, lost offers or lost earnings.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where required by law. On termination your right to use the service ends; the refund policy governs any money already paid.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes, and material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of the jurisdiction in which PlacedElite is registered have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
